Please read all the questions featured in this section. Most likely your question will be answered here.
Contact forms and email are only for commission inquires, orders, and business inquiries. Any emails with "hi" or vague messages unrelated to the following will be ignored and deleted.
❤︎ Do you ship outside of the US?
As of August 2024, I do ship internationally and international shipping should be automatically calculated at checkout. However, buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply.
❤︎ I moved/my address changed/entered the wrong shipping info!
Please contact me as soon as possible either in the contact form or my email contact.bubblepenguin@gmail.com to get this changed. Please see shipping policies section for more information
❤︎ How long does it take to process my order?
Orders take 7-14 days to process and does not include shipping time. Shipping Please see shipping policies for more information
❤︎ Where is my order? Why does my tracking say ___?
If you received a shipping notification, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to properly update. Once package is dropped off to the shipping carrier, it is out of my hands. As the sender, we get the exact same information as the customer does for tracking.
❤︎ How come you didn't reply to me about my order issue on social media/DMs?
DO NOT USE MY SOCIAL MEDIA TO CONTACT ME ABOUT YOUR ORDER. Any issues with the order must go to the contact form or email in order to get the issue resolved. If you send me a vague dm such as "hey i have a question" I will not respond. Please be responsible and use the correct contact form or email to discuss.
❤︎ Can I cancel my order?
You have up to 48 hours to properly cancel an order. If you are unable to do that, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss Please read the refund policies for more information.
❤︎ My item was damaged/lost
The customer can be entitled to a replacement/refund under certain conditions. Please read the refund policies for more information about damaged items.
❤︎I have not received an order confirmation email.
Check your junk/spam folders sometimes it will be in there. If not, please contact me contact.bubblepenguin@gmail.com
❤︎My tracking says "Delivered" but I did not receive my order!
Please reach out to your local post office about this. There is nothing I can do on our end to assist you nor do we have control on how your package is delivered to you. We are not liable for any missing or stolen packages (Please read the refund policies for more information). USPS will mark packages as delivered but will still have the package themselves and will deliver it on a later date. Please reach out to your local USPS office for this. ❤︎When will you restock _____ item?
I cannot guarantee if I will be restocking certain items as it is normal for me to discontinue items after a certain time. Please utilize the 'notify me when restocked' function on the item listing. Restocks are not guaranteed or updated at a consistent schedule.
Some items are marked as "last chance" in their descriptions so best to buy them while they are available.
❤︎Will you make/add ____ character into merch?
Cannot guarantee if I can fulfill every request to make merch of a certain franchise/character. For better chances of a merch item of a character, my patreon page is the best way to get merch of characters from obscure franchises.
❤︎What is the Patreon tab? Why is it password locked?
This is an exclusive section for paid patreon members to buy previous merchandise they were not able to pledge to before. It is only for patrons at the $2+ tier. The only way people can access that section is if you join my patreon at the lowest tier of $2 and month. There is a post with the password and everything to access this site.
